The FunderFinder package

Funding Information The FunderFinder computer package and TrustFunding website are designed to help not-for-profit groups identify charitable trusts that might give them money. These are in regular use during our open sessions, so booking is advisable (phone 01274 779003). Informal help and advice in using these packages is always available during booked sessions. * Funding Point is also available at Keighley Voluntary Services - Tel. (01535) 665258

How they work… FunderFinder - complete on-screen record cards to describe your group and the work you are looking to fund. Answers are then compared with details of over 4,500 funders which make grants to charities and voluntary and community groups. Those that are inappropriate are excluded to give a shortlist which can be printed out. TrustFunding - search an on-line database for detailed, up-to-date information on possible funders that match your criteria. TrustFunding is maintained by the Directory of Social Change and is made available to BRC users with thanks to the Charities Information Bureau. Use of both packages is free - printing is charged at 3p per sheet
